Which is the lightest?

Just wondering what gen/year camaro is the lightest. Is there a website with all of the specs/optional equip for all generations of camaro?

First gens were the lightest 2770-3025 lbs depending on options.

2700 is lighter than I have ever heard, but from what I have read the lightest year was the 67. The 1st Gen got upto 3200 Base weight by 1969. So from what this say 67 is the lightest (info taken from the camarosource website) Chevrolet published curb weights for the 1967 Camaro as 2,910 lbs for the 6-cylinder coupe, 3,070 lbs for the 8-cylinder coupe, 3,165 lbs for the 6-cylinder convertible, and 3,325 lbs for the 8-cylinder convertible. Add 21 lbs for power windows, 20 lbs for the folding rear seat option, 86 lbs for air conditioning, 9 lbs for power brakes, 33 lbs for front disc brakes, 10 lbs for the 250ci 6-cylinder engine, 39 lbs for the 327ci V8 engine, 72 lbs for the 350ci V8 engine, 258 lbs for the 396ci V8 engine, 7 lbs for the four-speed manual transmission, 14 lbs for the Powerglide automatic, 56 lbs for the Turbo Hydra-Matic, 38 lbs for dual exhausts, 29 lbs for power steering, 15 lbs for heavy-duty battery, 8 lbs for an AM radio, 9 lbs for an AM-FM radio, and 17 lbs for the Rally Sport option.

wow i thought 1st gens were on the heavy sides.. Learn somthing everyday!

The title on my 69 says it weighs in at 3400 lbs...I did nothing but add weight (stereo, bigger engine, etc..etc...) and i had it weighed and it was 3300. I'd guess it was about 3150-3200 when i got it with all the old stuff...The 67 camaro is the lightest of the first gens. I've seen them weighed around 3000 lbs similarly setup to mine.

Anyone know what a 86 v6 weights? I plan on taking it to a scale but wouldn't mind knowing a rough guestimate
