2000 lincoln tc air conditioner

What's going on with this 2000 tc? No problems until recently when the air cond started started to warm. Added freon and worked ok for awhile then back to warm. Yesterday it was normal today it is back to warm. The blower also isn't forcing the air out like normal. No dye from the freon can be seen leaking anywhere. Any help is appreciated.
