Jacked up

While I had the front end of my 66 bird on jack stands so I could bleed my brake calipers I started the car for little extra vacuum boost, ok.
But I found out that with the car up in the air the front sway bar hits the bottom pulley as far as I know everything on the car has original parts or oem parts. Even if I jack up one side of the front end the bar rises. I ve tried the jack and stands at various locations with the same result. Once the tires are back on and lowered back to the ground the bar is clear. Any Ideas?

Place the jack stands under the lower control arm as far out toward the wheel as you can get them. Watch out for the grease fitting on the lower ball joint if it has one.

Already placed stands every place that would accept them still same problem.
The bar does not looked damaged other than where the crank pully started to cut into it.

Put the jacks on the sides of the car, under the door rails, which let the supsension hang.
