Im Sick of my car

I have a POS 85 Bmw 318i I got it about a year ago when I dident have anything else to drive I was looking around. well because I was dependent on my dad I had to get what was to him a good deal. well his friend was selling this bmw for $2500 and because my dad knew the guy it sounded like a good idea and I was driving my moms old 93 ford aerostar so I would take anything that dident look like a van and could be mine. it was a nice little car till about 2 months ago Brakes go out $900 overheating so trying to find the problem thermostat $30 head gasket and alternator went out close to $1k overheating still not completely fixed now leaking power steering fluid and needs a fan clutch. car driving like crap and I cant get my dad to help me out on the car im currently looking at (91 Civic CRX si) I know there are worse problems but this is starting get me pissed.
