Anyone install a drop kit?

Im looking at getting some 22"s this summer but wanted to lower the TB first. First question would be can you lower an LTZ since its a 4x4? Everything Ive ever lowered has been sport compact cars. Im looking at DJMs drop kit which lowers the front 2" and the rear 4". Any input on any kind of lowering kits.

I'm about to order an Eibach Pro-Truck Kit #3826.540 1.5"/2.3" for my 04 TB EXT 4WD. I think that the DJM Kit 2/4" drop is too low for me, I drive most of time on-road but with an occasional off-road & i'm worried that I will scrape the underchassis with my driving style. For me, I want to bring down the front & rear mildly to handle the bumps of an EXT as well to enhance the handling.
