What's a good set of tires for a 2002 GT mustang? I need all the traction I can get without going to a drag radial.

Sumitomo HTR-Z's .... They are cheap and good. I run those Nitto's and the Michelin Pilot Sport.

G-force kd's have a laterl grip of over 1 g soposly the only mass produced non drag radial that has a 1 g rating so that leads me to believe they are the stickest. The corba R changed to Gforce tires and gained 3 secs on the track time!!!!!! they are very expensive though thats what sucks 200 and some dollers depending on the size.

ive had about every brand of tire from kumho to michelin to nankang and id have to say bfgoodrich tires are my favorite.

i had the stocks on my 2003 gt wich r goodrich i think, and was about to change to michellin pilot sports, but the guy told me that the kumhos were about the same maybe even grippier and much cheaper, i think i ended up paying like 90 per tire
