Replacing Passenger side mirror

I've removed the door trim panel.
According to Chilton I'm to, "remove the push pin from the morror access hole cover and remove the access hole cover."
Where the heck is the access hole cover????

Mine bolt on from the outside. The bolts can be seen after their tilted on their axis.

Yeah thanks for that. It's a 94 Signature. I figured it out. I had to remove the speaker to get to the bolts.
