Over Heating

I just bought a 92 Metro with a automatic tranmission. It has a new water pump and I just put in a new thermostat. The fan comes on after warm up. While driving at 55 it stays cool but at 65 or 70 it will overheat. No water in the oil. Do you think it could be the raidiator?
