Hard 1-2 shift?

Can someone tell me why auto subi's shift so hard from 1-2nd gear
I've driven a couple and the do the same.I have a 98GT.I love the
car but this drives me nuts.I have a Z28 with a shiftkit that not as
hard.I'm I nuts or what? :evillol: :mad: :evillol:

Mine does it too, but only when slowly accelerating (aka, when it shifts around 2400 ) Dunno why, perhaps its because of the AT. the torque split is usually 90/10, exept when the tranny is in 2nd, then it switches to 50/50

I read that they send more power to the rear when you accelerate
and more to the front when you brake.
