AC Controller Unit Removal

I cant get that SOB out...the lights dont light up..so im taking it out to replace the 2 LEDs in top of it. But i cant get that sob out i removed the Plactic Panel...but cant get it out of the racks for CDPlayer and the AC Controller... Any help?

Did you disconnect the vent control cable on the back?

It wont come out of its hole...it doesnt fit through the hole...

even if i did unplug the Wiring it wont come out..ill take it apart tmw ... and then try to fix the infamous Exhaust rattle too...
