This message was displayed in the DIC after the car would not start. So my girl friend wiped the key off waited 3 minutes and the car started. The car seems to be fine now...but she is afraid to drive it from the fear of being stranded. We called the local dealership and they mentioned that it could be a security module issue. They want $88 to find the problem which will be applied toward the final repair cost. Has anyone run across this problem? Thanks

:2cents:Most of the time if you have a load of keys this will throw off the sensor. The weight of the keys "pulls" downward causing this to not line up, with the security sensor in the ignition switch. Try just using the Car key & trunk key & remote leave the other keys separate on another key ring.
