Hey guys, im goin with a maft and a blow thru setup soon and need a little extra space for it. I originally was going to relocate to the trunk but dont want to put the battery inside the car and all that stuff (i have done it on another car before) and i was wondering if i could use a skinier motercycle battery to power my car. Does anyone know how much juice i gotta have to run the car?, and will it even start my car and stay charged? I have searched for specially made baby batteries but they are a little hard to find and why spend that money when this could work. Let me know what you think, thanks

you dont need any battery to run the car, only to start it. as long as the cranking amps and the cold cranking amps are the same on the small battery you should be fine. unless you have a large stereo or plan to listen to the radio with the engine off.
i would recommend getting a normal car battery over a motorcycle battery. honda and toyota both use really small batteries so you should be able to get a car battery small enough.
