Dashboard Removal

Hey everyone,

This is sort of a follow-up from my "HUD Question" post from a few months ago. Being that not every GP has the wiring in place for the HUD, I wanna go and see for myself if the wire harness is there. Unfortunatley, the mod pages don't address how the dashboard actually comes off. :eek7:

Seeing that some of you have done this before, I was wondering if anyone can guide me through this (removing the dash and getting behind the gauges). I'd really appreciate the input.

Big-L has a site that shows you step by step.
I have it, but it won't open right now. You don't have to worry about getting behind anything. You cut a hold in top of dash.
There it is. It just doesn't seem to want to open. Give it sometime. May be busy

I'm taking every precaution after a guy in clubgp discovered the hard way that the wiring wasn't there (he bought the parts and ripped into the dash before realizing the harness wasn't there) :eek:
