tire problem, please help.

I bought a set of 4 SE wheels and tires for my 1996 GLE. I don't know much about wheels and tires. One of the wheels are losing pressure constantly. I found that it is leaking air in two spots. Both are along where the rim meets the tire on the outer side of the wheel. It seems like it wasn't sealed good. Was the tire improperly placed improperly on the wheel? Is my wheel or tire messed up? What are your suggestions?
By the way, the tire is a Dunlop Sport A2 on stock 16" SE rims.

Is there any damage to the tire and/or wheel?

Is the lip of the wheel bent?

Typically, if the sidewall is damaged on the tire, it will be replaced rather than fixed.
