how often do I change Trans. Fluid?

Im just wondering how often do I change the Tranny Fluid, thanks

it is recommended to be changed every 30k miles

We just had a long debate about this subject a week or two ago. Search on transmission flush or changing fluid and you should find some more info.
Definetly do some research, there are a lot of thoughts about this.
