90 GMC 1/2 Ton 4x4 305 Automatic
Can anyone tell me where the Throttle Position Sensor it in my truck. I have some threads about some weird shifting, and people have said this fixes it some times. Any help is appreciated.

Passenger side of the Thottle Body, where the butterflys are.

That's right . Take off your breather assembly and it's right there on the pasenger side of the throttle body. Real easy to see and change.

I have seen this brought up quite a bit, it seems the TPS will cause shift problems with the electric transmission, any Transmission rebuilders care to elaborate on this?
