97 sunroof

i was looking at my car yesterday to see why my sunroof ( i live in michigan...i dont need it but i was just board and wanted something to do) and i looked at the fuse box and the fuse wasnt blown. i dont know what is wrong with it. the lights on the control pannel for the sunroof dont work also...i have no clue whats going on. can anyone help me?
