Race (again)

Hey sorry for posting again i did some researching again at school about that kids eclipse and im seriously thinking that kid is retarted when i was heading out to my car i thought id take a peak at his car to see how it looked and stamped right on the side it said v6 24valve that kid is a moron then i check to make sure its still auto to :rofl: lol but yea it was. Well guys i wanted to know if that would change my odds at all remember i have a 95 Honda Del Sol VTEC 5speed i got cold air and exhaust. so you think i can still beat him or if i cant can you tell me what mods i might need, to beat him its really starting to piss me off that this guy is either lying out his ass or is :loser: retarted thanks guys

Lots of people put markings on their car trying to make it something it isn't. Lost count how many "Si-R", "DOHC VTEC", or "Type-R" SOHC automatics I saw in Atlanta when I lived there. He may very well have put the V6 markings on there to make himself feel better about his slow car and pat his ego on the back. Unless it's really the GT model though it's doubtful he's faster than you unless he's done some work under the hood and that's still a stretch.

That aside, I still say don't let it get to you. Street racing's not a good idea. So he thinks your Sol is slow. So what? Does he get his rocks off by putting down other peoples' cars? Is his shitbox so slow that he feels justified doing that? Maybe you should direct him to the counselor's office for some therapy. Maybe it's penis envy. Who knows? Don't let him goad you into doing something stupid. Put your efforts toward something more important than children who haven't grown out of that crap by now.

Besides, you have a targa top which is infinately more fun and girls think the Sol is cute. Take one for a spin with the top off. :)
