will a 215/45R14 or a 215/50R14 fit fine on my car? just wondering because a buddy of mine can get brand new tires for dirt cheap in these sizes for me. if they wont rub then that will be better :)

EDIT: How about 225/50R14?
and 205/60R13? will i have any clearance issues with these being dropped about 2 inches??

In those sizes, really, for sure?

It seems strange.. The best size I could find for 14s was 195/60s or I'm right now running 185/55s wich was the smallest 14" profile I could find.
What the hell kind of tires are these that you speak of?

the largest size i head would fit in a civic is 205/** without any mods. Thats my boss saying that and hes worked with tires for years

On a stock rim you might be able to squeeze on 205s but anything wider than that is going to be next to impossible to get on unless you have the Hulk helping you.

Plus on a stock rim with too wide of a tire the turn-in of the car is going to feel like crap and it's going to feel like you are driving on a bubble.

i already used that but it doesnt tell me if they will rub

SiZ, i dunno exactly what kinda of tires they are but apparently the guy sold performance tires for a living and when he started going under he bought a huge tractor trailer full of tires and hes now selling them on the side, apparently each tires worth 400 bucks a peice, but hes selling them for 50 each so he can make money, so my buddys getting me a few sets for my VX rims and my Teg rims and i'm trading him some decks for it :D just need to know the widest i can go without rubbing

if you can find 205/60/13 I'm pretty sure it would work, I have my car lowered about 2 in and i have 205/50/15's

awesome, thats good to know that i can use a 205 on my car then cuz i think he might have some of those laying around

it will be wicked for the track too, lightweight rims + fat tires = me happy :) haha
