16 volt chargeing

ok so i jsut got a new alternator a week ok and i guess it fried my old batter? i got a new one and it charges are 16 volts is that safe.

whats a good alternator to buy that has more amps or volts or whatever it has compared to the stock one??

well youd have to buy a more extreme after market high amp one ebays got them they have 135 amp or 170 maybe more and stock i beleive are more like 60 or maybe alittle bit more. so jsut kidna check it out

16 volts isnt good, thats what fried ur battery, ur voltage regulator is fucked inside the alternator, take it back and get a new one
