pasanger dower window don't work Help!!!!!!

I changed the window motor and my 95 taurus sho, and it still don't work. I also tried changing the switches on both doors..... still nothing.... so I took the window motor out of the window and I get a buzz out of the motor when I press the up button on the passanger side but nothing on the down. then I went to the drivers side and I get nothing up or down.... So then I got my 12volt tester out.... I get power on the moter when I press the up button on the passanger side and power on the down when I press it down......but I also get power to the up side too, when pressing down.......then I go to the drivers side and when I go to the drives side I get nothing when I push the button down but when I push the button up I get power..... but the motor will not run down.....

Some one please let me know A.S.A.P.

Sounds like a ground issue for to me. You might try grounding one side and powering the other and seeing what happens.
