holes in trunk from old spoiler

i just got the type r spoiler for my gsr and when i removed the factory spoiler there are holes from the brake light wires ... the new spoiler doesnt completely cover these holes either ... my question is , how do i get these taken care of ?? is there anything a body shop can do about it ?? how much would it run me ??

spot weld it,bondo sand and paint 200 -300 bucks
