Can over torqued lug nuts affect brakes?

does anybody know if over torquing the lug nuts can affect the brakes at all? I know it can shape the rotor a little bit which isn't good, but would this affect the ABS at all? ie. would i feel some feedback in the pedal or hear any noise?

It wouldn't affect the ABS, but you might get a vibration or pulsation in the pedal from a warped rotor. Some people mistake this for a false ABs activation.
