1992 rodeo will not start--electrical?

I have a 92 rodeo 3.1 V6 that will not start...First, it had trouble turning over and would flood out. For that, I replaced the battery, ignition module and starter. Seemed fine...now it will not start at all when I turn the key(only clicks a couple of times). It will start though if it is pop-started. Any help would be great!

my guess.

the battery is now dead since you ran it a bit (right?), since the alt. is bad. So if the alt is bad it is not charging up the battery.
