98 explorer tranny problems

I have a 98 explorer sport 4.0L SOHC, 5R55E tranny, 4X4 dropped in my lap. It takes a couple of seconds for it to engage (rev & drive) and the O/D light flashes after about a minute of driving. The switch is on automatic but it seems to be stuck in 2 wd low range. Sometimes it slips between 1st and 2nd, sometimes between 2nd and 3rd. I have a new valve body enroute (blizzard slowing it down). But I still need a copy of the fuse panel diagram. I don't have the owner's man which is where Ford in it's infinite wisdom printed them.
