Electrical Problem?

I own a 99 dodge ram 1500 and its driving me crazy. My radio stays on with the ignition off. My key pad locks the doors but horn dose not chirp. When un locking the interior lights do not come on as in the past. Can anyone help? I was told mabey the ignition switch? HELP :banghead:

I had this same problem Look at the fuse panel there is a fuse called IOD it is in a black case 10amp it may be blown or try just pulling it out for 24 hrs and then put it back in
that seemed to help with mine (parking it in A heated garage over night as well sure didn't hurt LOL)
