2 weeks withought driving my celica... thoguht i threw a red bearing becuase it was clunking aroudn and driving like shit on the way back...but idel was fine... that bugged me so thismorning i went out and started it up routienly like i did and noticed idel was fine...so i decided to dirve it into my garage for a further look...

low and behold i immediatly notice the broken half shaft...

i didnt throw a rod i broke a half shaft, still good tho because im now awaiting my 4agze anyway but i have my 4afe to fuck with for the time being....

had to order new half shafts anyway for the swap because i didnt want to use the old ones....

i got owned...by myself, man i feel like a dumb ass now

hahahaha went to kragen and order the dirver and passenger side ones as well as i ordered better cv boots for the inboard and outboard on both sides...thats the one thing im worried about then the gze goes in is snapping a halfshaft

My poor car is sick aswell now, suspension damage due to large pot hole, not looking forward to the bill, will be suing the council for repair costs.

its really hard to get money outta countys here in california... if you get damage cuz the road (lotsa shitty road) they always say shit like oh u were going too fast and shit like that

Same here, but luckily a bud of my`n is a lawyer, and another works for said council so its easy to get info from both as to what to do. fingers crossed.

haha yeah stupid mistake, i was wondering why it was pullin hard to the right the rest the way home....the motor sounded like it was dying tho...i guees that could be because the broken shaft was spinnin like crazy....haha it spins backward wehen the other tire goes forward while i drove it in my driveway cuz the open diff, its funny to see it be all retarded like me :)..

ahha help for half shafts...it takes less than 30 minuts, specially when you can just rip them out and not give a shit about the cv boots :) yay

i now not only worry about the half shafts but my ecu, i cant have my fired re program it anymore becuase he dosent live here anymore, so im stuck with a reprogramed 4afe ecu to run the supercharger and compensate for all the fuel.... i dunno if thats a good idea
