type r steering wheel in 4g4d

does anyone kno if i can put the type r steering wheel with the airbag on it into my 91 4dr civic (i don't want to connect the airbag just the steering wheel (i like the way this one looks better than the one with out airbags) .and can someone tell me how to mount this on
