1989 Range Rover won't start

I have had the vehicle parked for the last year due to health issues. I just reprimed the oilpump after the car sat and went to start it. It will run on a shot of ether but seems to be getting no fuel. I have tested the fuel pump relays and they are working - no power is getting fromthe relay to fuse 18 that receives power from the relay thru the fuse block and them to the fuel pump. Any Ideas?

Thx,
Gary

On my 1991 Range Rover there is a fuel pump cutoff switch under driver seat. It is to shut off fuel in case of roll over. Check your schematics to see where it is in the circuit.

Mine went bad and I bypassed it but using the connectors to to small box 2"x3"x1".

It has a small round button on top which is used to reseet it.
