i say another post and it said that its hard to make a 12 sec car and have it be a good drifter?? why is this?

and how long did it take you guys to get good at drifting?

PSI = Pounds per square inch (But I already think you knew that)
But anyways, power and PSI are all determined by the turbo kit, and tuning that follows.

PSI is a bad way to determine power. If you haven't noticed, power varies for different turbos at the same psi. Just like the stock T25 maxxes out at like 14psi making 250whp while a T66 could probably make that at about 6psi. Flow is what matters. Look at the different compressor maps and see how much air the turbo is flowing at a certian psi efficiently. And generally every 1lb/min of airflow yields 10 hp. Add in the drivetrain loss and you've got yourself a way to determine what turbo to use. But if I were you, I would get a good book on turbocharging and see how they size turbos. I have a write-up in the suggestion box that will be of some help. And what engine are you talking about anyways?

My sig says what psi I'm running. Its on a kit I put together using a Garrett T04B turbocharger. Good luck and type neater.;)

you're asking a lot of weird questions.. nissanfanatic informed you of psi and made a good point about reading up on your turbo info..
how long does it take to get good at drifting?? well it could take you a week (if you're naturally quick at picking skills up) right up to years.. it depends on what kind of reaction you have.. so, in the end, you can't say how long it takes.. its all about how much you practice..
