Grand PRix Bulbs

I own a 1997 Grand Prix. I currently have APC Headlight Bulbs Super White. they are brighter and whiter, but i am looking for something brighter than that without having to upgrade the wireing harness. These bubls are 55/65 watts. Can I use 80/100 watt bulbs? Are they closer to the daylight spectrum than the 55/65?
