Here, if you ever need any other, locations or diffrent cars ley me know i do this for a living.
REAR DECK SPEAKER INSTALLATION.
NOTE: THE FACTORY PROVISIONS ARE FOR STANDARD 6 X 9" SPEAKERS
MOUNTED IN FACTORY ADAPTER/SPACERS.
1. REMOVE REAR SEAT BOTTOM CUSHION AND UPPER CUSHIONS.
2. REMOVE (3) PANEL FASTENERS FROM FRONT EDGE OF REAR DECK.
3. LIFT REAR DECK UP IN THE MIDDLE TO RELEASE SIDE EDGES FROM
AND REMOVE REAR DECK.
4. EXTRACT (4) SCREWS HOLDING SPEAKER, UNPLUG AND REMOVE
SPEAKER.

Two pull tabs under the bottom seat, one on each side. pull them to pop the bottom seat out. now remove it from the car. Now you will have to remove 2(maybe 4) large nuts(my 98 is different than the 02. bolts on the 02, nuts/washers on the 98). Two will be holding the middle seat belts in place, the other two will be on either side of the middle two. make sure the middle seat belts come out, they will hold the tounge on the stud and not allow you to pull the seat out. Once these are out you will want to take the side seat belts and shove them behind the seat so they are out of the way. now take the seat back and lift up while you pull towards you. You are trying to release 4 hooks from the metal frame holding the seat in place. If you look in the trunk you should be able to see the hooks. Once the back seat is out, you will be able to use your trim tool to remove 4 x-mas trees that hold the cover in place just below the rear seat headrests. be carefull when removing the voer, lots of shape stuff ready to punch a hole in your 6x9's. Once the cover is out of there you can get to the 6x9's. a angled screw drive make this much easier, but you can bend your arm in there enough to remove them even without the right tools. Having a local guy show you how to do this the first time would make it easier, but i was able to do it long before i knew about internet forums and had no instructions. it is not hard, just use your head. to reinstall, just read this post backwards
