Do the wheels on your models roll?

Looking doubtful for my first model car in years, but the second one looks like rolling wheels wont be a problem. Would you bust your butt to make the wheels on your car roll? or do you just have them sitting in a display case so its not needed?

I always glue them so they don't fall off the shelf

I had a model try to jump of a table once, since then rolling wheels haven't been as important to me. If it's too much trouble, I wouldn't bother.

Glue them on.
If i want to push them around and play with them i'd by diecast or match-box toys

I don't like to glue my wheels... for some reason it makes them seem too dead. Even though I don't play with my models, I like to rotate the wheels and be able to arrange them to however I like whenever I want.

All my models has rolling wheels. Not so important though, but when they are supposed to roll so why not? :)

sometimes I dremel and glue in a lazy half/a$$ effort to lower them without having to perform extensive surgery on the suspension

One too many "Fall Guy" crashes off a shelf for me, no more rolling wheels. When I got into custom stuff it's just too much trouble to figure out how to make them roll anyway, so it's all about 5 minute epoxy or CA glue.

I don't glue them because I want to be able to take them of for swaping wheels to see how will they look on other models, but I usualy glue or damage polly cap so that it can not rotate to much.

same for me. I don't think I will play with them on the floor one day anyway.

my first model in a while is the revell tuner series kit that comes with the feature to roll them, after talking with a few people, i figured out a way i could do it, but now that Im doing some fabrication to it, i think it's best that the model be still.

All my cars are able to roll, but recently on my last few cars i had to do some serious surgery to lower and fit other wheels in, which was time consuming. i'm sure there is going to be glue involved in some of my upcoming projects due to laziness. I see why a lot of people glue them in, a precaution i guess, i'll probably learn the hard way!

Still on my first, second and third models with no wheels mounted yet.
Was going to leave them to roll but tempted to glue for safety now based on previous replies.
However - I also like to remove and place on other models for inspiration!

I'd like models to roll, I don't know why, just do :)
However I always manage to damage the "rolling" parts so that I have to glue...
I made only four models capable of rolling (Merkava baz tank, Panzer MK3, New Mini, Toyota Supra) and every single one of them is not capable of rolling because I just messed the rolling parts up.
Well, my next one will roll...

I've only got one model that fully rolls and it's a pain when it moves back or forward on the shelf, or when transporting it in it's case. Because of that I like the wheels to be at least firm so the car will stay put.

I like to rotate the wheels so I can display differently if I want to but I always glue one wheel in place so the model doesn't roll around and fall off the shelf!

I've only built one car as I've had a massive break from car building. I took the time to NOT glue the polycap into the wheel /brake disc holder, and when I attached the wheels they roll real easy.
I should have glued the cap in like some of you, as I can see this model rolling off the shelve..!!
My wheels even shake a little as they are loose, no fault of mine, they are rolling and I can push the car around like a toy..!! Next time I will glue the polycap to make them more stiff..!!
