I am from Indonasia and I got a ticket in Cehsterfield (Missouri) 61 over 35. it's not a school or construction area, nor residential area.
I am going back to my country I do want to pay my ticket but I don't know how as I have to appear in court and the date is somewhere in end of Feb. Now my queries are :
What if I go back to my country without paying.
How can I pay it if I can't appear in Court as I will not be in US.
How can I pay it before my leaving b'coz my file still not reached to the court and even if it reaches before I leave how can I ensure that I will pay it before I leave this country. Moreover I have been told that the court only sits on Teusday, so that will further going to delay the process. I there a way to pay my fine at earliest, which I am willing to.
Does anyone have any idea how much I will be charged (61/35 = Exceeds by 26 mph) and the court fees.
An early reply will be highly appriciated.
Thanks to all.

Do you intend on coming back or even becoming a citizen here? If so then I suggest paying the ticket. If not, screw ‘em! My advice is to pay it. You’ve already got your license here, many immigrants don’t even have half that! I'm sure that they have a request a hearing by mail option somewhere on the ticket.
