Tweeter Removal

Hey guys I got some door panels from a 93-97 Trans Am with a tweeter mounted ontop of mid range. Who knows the secret to get those suckers out without damaging the mount! Obviously the philips screwdriver needs to be removed but how do I get it out of the mount? Any hints?
