00 toyota 4runner sunroof drain cleanout

I have a 2000 toyota 4runner and the drains on my sunroof are plugged, HELP. Water is leaking into driver side and I have tried everything. I even tried a special snake for the drains, NOTHING. I was told to clean them out from the bottom but I cant find the drain pipes underneath the truck PLEASE SOMEONE HELP.
