2004 solara performance

hey, my friend has a 2004 solara and is interested in upping the performance a bit. she has the trd muffler so far. she says she would rather keep the trd theme going. is there any other way to go about making her ride a little more peppy? im not used to the toyota side of things. any help is appreciated.
