collector license plates

does anybody know the rules in OHIO about collector license plates ..i have a 84 camaro and i dont kno if it will pass the echeck (it failed with the previous owner but i installed a new engine)...\
also how can u tell if its tuly a z28 because im wondering if mine is a z28 because it dont have the z28 emblem inside on the passenger side but it has the one on the body kit but somebody could have installed that body kit before
