Need Help Asap Electrical

We are having an electrical problem. My 97 isuzu rodeo has no dash lights or tail lights. The fuse continues to blow after about a few minutes on. We are trying to fix this ourselves. Please if you have any ideas on what we could do. We have the dash torn apart trying to wiggle all wires to help the problem. ANY OTHER ADVICE? Please email me back. Thanks

what happened just beofre the problem started occurring.

Check the wiring under the back bumper that goes to the taillights. My taillights kept blowing fuses and I found a chafed wire that was grounding out. I taped it up and it took care of the problem. I'm not sure if other lights were involved in my case.

It's a possibility.

SOmething is overloading the circuit. Get that voltmeter out and test the voltage....could be a wires crossing.
