2004 Durango 4 wheel lock problems

Help! My 2004 Durango SLt with 3,000 miles on it continually shifts into 4 wheel drive. This has been an ongoing problem. The first time I took it to the dealer, they replaced the switch. The second time they flashed the computer. The 3rd time, they told me that the computer said nothing was wrong, and they were waiting for a call from the field engineers. A week goes by, I call the dealership every day asking if the field engineers have called back. Nothing happens until I send a detailed email to Dodge telling them of my problems. The dealer calls the next day (Friday) and says bring it on Monday (tomorrow.) In addition to the 4 wheel drive turning on, the Durango has an intermittent problem shifting between 1st and 2nd, the radio will change stations all on its own, and the truck refuses to turn when the four wheel drive is on. It just sits and makes a grinding noise until it reluctantly decides to go in the direction I want it to go. If they tell me one more time that there's nothing wrong with it because the computer doesn't show a code, I'll scream! Has anyone else had problems like this?
