what happend?

so yeah i was drivin around yesterday night with a friend of mine. not lookin for any action just crusin. im doin about 41-42 when a red mid 90s celica flies bye. im like ok maybe he wants to go. but theres alot of traffic so for about 3 minutes im swerving in and out trying to line up with him. i finally catch him at the light. i look over and he does too. light turns green and i gun it...when i look in my mirror...hes like car lengths behind..he wasnt even racing...im like wth? i keet it at about 60 and forget about it. not even a minute later i hear the "roar" of the angry 4 cylinder =P. and he jets bye easily...im like wth the race is over..not that there actually was one...i got confused and made a right...do u think he did that to piss me off or is his reaction time really that slow???

yeah man, last night i was heading back to my gfs house w/ her and this riced out like 80s civic w/ a literally 6'' fart can, huge rims, tinted windows, lowered, etc went by around 50mph as i turned so i caught up and lined up, honked down, then gunned it... a second later i realize he wasnt going (im assuming... unless his car is that slow) so i put on the brakes some, a second later he does a ricer flyby -.-

Plus it really shows them how slow they are. :p

Yeah, pulling away from a fly by is nice...that and pacing them...

i do that just because i'm in a hurry and their in my way though, i dont' outright race them because its easier to get around when they stop trying all-together

Well, my car isn't the only one that can put a average ricer in his place. You just gotta time yourself to match them perfectly.

I can wait till they're juusst about at my rear bumper and then hit it with a quick downshift to even things up.

funny, i was thinkin the same thing. I don't think it was a ricer fly by it just sounds like he was a bit slow on the uptake. and hey, whats with all the hating on civics and everyone yelling ricer just coz he overtook a car.

so if i'm driving my civic and say i overtake a camaro going at 120kms on the highway, you guys would probably consider that a ricer flyby too :rolleyes: sometimes its just simply tryin to overtake.

Oh yes it is! I was driving my uncles TT (quatro 180 horse not 225) and I saw this civic with a body kit...I changed lanes and did illegal stuff to get next to him at a stop light....He says I wanna race..I go ok...So the light turns green...POS audi, bogs! Im screwed, or so I thaught. He hasn't passed me yet so I take it up to 50 in 2nd....I see him coming now...I put it in third and get ready...He is going about 70...His hood is at my door handle when I hit it...He gets right next to me, almost exacty. Then I wip him! I take it to 85 in 3rd and put it in neutral..coast..He trys to pass again....A car cuts in front of him doing like 40! I put it back in 3rd (Im coasting at like 70) and gun it outta there..I accadently ran a freakin light! It was worth the look on his face tho! So fun! Not to hijack this tread...Forget what I just posted and move on!

heh i got a 89 maxima that just rolled over 194K and i can stop ricer fly-bys dead in their tracks...ive done it a few times...it was funny as hell...one time my best friend was in the car...lmao some chick in a civic tried to fly by me...i was goin 50 n by the end of third she was already fallin back...haha that was some funny shit...
