Truck has hesitation at around 45 m.p.h.Also does it around 75 m.p.h.When it does this you can tap the accelerator and it returns to normal.Truck starts up and idles fine.Has one code P1693.Some kind of companion code.Does anyone know about this problem?Runs kind of like it is pulling water into the injectors.Drained and see nothing but diesel fuel coming out.

Pull the codes again, and look for a P0216. This is the code for injection pump timing failure.
It could also be the APPS, commonly known as the throttle position sensor. I have worked on a few trucks with the same general symptoms as you are describing, and the APPS fixed it.
On some of the older units, the crank position sensor could give the same trouble symptoms.
Because you mentioned being able to tap the accelerator, and it returns to normal, this leads me more toward the APPS.
