I am planning on doing a single turbo set up on a ford 331 v8. I was wondering what would be a good turbo to look for Ebay or junkyard wise to rebuild for this?

What kind of horsepower are you looking for?
You can find a bunch of ebay or junkyard turbos to match. I found a decent Holset H2D for my LS1 on ebay for $100. It works great on my application.
For the 331 you could go Holset HX40.
Look here for more junkyard turbo information:

As turboLS1 said> it depends on the horsepower your looking for.
I have a friend with a 388 small block Chevy with a 91mm Turbokenetics turbo and he turns about 1745 Horsepower!!!
