Upgrading questions once again

I know these questions must have asked many times, but i still cannot find the positive answers to it. Hope you guys could help me out.
I write this all the way from Kuwait. I own TB LS EXT

1- Want to upgrade my ordinary stering wheel with RADIO FUNCTIONS, AND DRIVER INFO CENTER CONTROL steering wheel. Will these all buttons work. Wont there be any problem. WIll I be able to see the driver info on the speedometer.

2- Upgrade to turn signal mirrors. Is there a built in wires/connector in the door panel so that we can just plug complete turn signal mirror to the connector as I am very much desperate to add these.

3- Upgrading the rearview mirror with compass/time, mine is 16 pin connector type. I do find 9 pins connector type more often in ebay.
Do I have to change the complete harness underneath the roof.

I hope i could some positive replies from you guys.
