Flasher location on 1997

I have a 1997 GT and I'm having problems with the left turn signal. I've changed bulbs and that hasn't worked. I would like to change the flasher but can't locate where it is. Any help here would be very helpful.

I looked and found the location for the flasher on a 98...it should be the same in your car...you need to remove the panel under the steering wheel...the one above the pedals...and alls i can tell you is its located somewhere under there...what you can do to locate it is to turn the turn signal or 4 ways on...and listen for the clicking....the service information i use doesnt give me the exact location....but that should help you....
