code 1361 in my boneville

hello i live in mexico and i own a 1994 boneville sse and i have thiscode 1361 i take the car to a mechanic in fact four and none told me whats wrong i change the ignition module the pcm had them check change the wires and nothing the spark plugs the same and the tree coils please help there aer few cars like this here and i need desperate help i have six months with this problem ind they told me the pcm is wrong but check in another bonni check the grounds plese help
