If money is not a matter, I would suggest a Moton Suspension. The best shocks they offer cost 5k but are 4 way adjustable I believe. They are great for road racing, and they can be setup for drag. But all around they are the best on the market for the all around shock. For a spring, I would go with H&R's. They are as well a well known road race spring but I have them on my supra and I love them. If your looking for something a little cheaper, I would go with the tokico struts. I use them on my supra with a slick when I run at the strip and they are 5 way adjustable for rebound. Should be what your looking for if your on a budget. Good luck with your search.
