new rotors

i wanted to install some new rotors/discs for the front of my truck (my baby) you guys know bout those crappy ones they got in now that somehow keep getting warped on you.... well i saw someone selling these cross drilled and slotted rotors and i was wondering should i maybe get them, are they a waste of money or should i go back to the flat ones??????????please help....

From what i have heard and seen , the rotors with the slots and the holes drilled in them are alot better than the ones that are not. The slots and the holes allow the gasses that occur under braking between the pad and the rotor to escape which makes for quicker stops.
