anyone know how to install coilover and shocks???

I just bought 4 brand new shocks and coilover to lower my car. my friend was going to help me to install them, but after i had the parts, he said he don't have time because of his new jobs. can anyone show me the detail for installing coilover and shocks for accord 96 l4 ex? thxxx......................

i know how! its easier than u think but it just takes a while. I would help ya out but its real hard to explain crap by typing. If you lived on the same rock (Hawaii) then i would gladdly help a fellow accord out but yea.
