GREAT DEAL on rims for me

This one dude at work is selling me his 16 inch 5-star rims off his 3000gt AND somewhat used (but still in good shape, low miles) Yokohoma tires for... (drum roll...) $100!! The rims are aftermarket, not sure what brand, and their shiny silver. Tires just have to be put on.
So, my question is, will all wheels fit my car? They are 5 bolt, but how about offset? I've heard this used, but dont know exactly what it is? What offset does the talon have? Does it matter?
Even if I cant use these rims/tires, im stilling buying them. I could probably sell them for at least triple what Im paying! If they do fit, im replacing my stock 14 inch rims. Those things are tiny. Tires are fat as hell though.

offset is +43 and the lug pattern is 5x114.3 for 2g's
just look at some tire places online and find out what the offest is for those 3kgt's.
Offset is the distance from the Centerline of the wheel to the wheel bolt up face (the part of the wheel that contacts the car's hub when you attach the wheel).
so in simpleton terms, if you get an offset higher than +43, then wheels be more tucked inside the fender, and if you go lower than +43, they'll stick out. i think that's how it is, somone make sure i'm right about that one.

Nice. Thanks man. If they dont fit, you awnt them? For your future 240sx? lol. Ill post pics when I get them. I cant wait for all this snow to go away. Damn blizzrd dropping 15inches of snow.

just get them, even if they dont fit you can always sell them for more than 100 bucks.

see the problem you woulda had david is that once we know what you got in em (100) it woulda been hard to find somone on here to pay 3 times that. They probrolly are worth it, but you would have to find someone who didnt know you only had 100 in them. but since they fit it doesn't matter... lol
